Hey, Aaron here. As promised here is the information for both After-Hours games that I will be doing (most likely on Thursday and Saturday evening):

Thursday:

Delta Green - Avatar War

Players: 4-6

Game Synopsis: While in the middle of a green box reclamation mission in Santa Fe, a group of agents discover half of the registered contents either missing or burned beyond recognition. Upon further investigation, the operatives on site discover the agent responsible for managing the box dead in his home with his body in an advanced state of decomposition. Strange iconography was also found in the agents house, burned into the drywall with what appears to be an organic acid of unknown origin. Your cell has been activated in order to investigate the connection to the Santa Fe green box and contain or eliminate any threat to the public.

Saturday:

Delta Green - Gone, But Not Forgotten

Players: 4-6

Game Synopsis:  While working on a mandatory landscaping job at a small cemetery outside of Portland Oregon, groundskeepers on site discovered an individual frantically attempting to dig up a  grave. The individual,Carl Adams, claimed he was trying to save the deceased, Alec Shelton, a friendly DG contact who provided analysis for the company two years ago. Adams, a co-worker of Sheton at a local aerospace firm, claimed no knowledge of his actions when interviewed by authorities, stating he only had minimal contact with Shelton at work. Security camera footage at the cemetery since Shelton's death 6 months ago revealed Adams and four other individuals attempting to crudely exhume Sheltons' body at separate times. Now Delta Green has called in an investigation in order to ascertain why these individuals are trying to recover Shelton's body and what importance it may hold.

I will announce the final times through the GroupMe GenCon announcement thread. Pre-Gens will be available for everyone.

Since Tom has spent literal months of his life playing Skyrim, I'd like to hear him do an in character AP from start to finish as an Argonian. (Or, in Dante Must Die mode, as a normal, non-werewolf or non-vampire human.)

This would be cool

Also Mage: The Ascension

Except the players are drafted into the Technocracy.

Specifically Iteration X (the military)

Caleb is a player.  So is Aaron.

Ross is the monster I mean Storyteller.

Alternates between hunting Nephandi and "innocent" Traditions Mages like Euthanatoi and Hollow Ones as well as Fae that kidnap mortal children because they are born with a fae soul.

Moral traps--I mean choices abound.  ;D

This might come as a shock but I never really liked the Technocracy or their background. I always found the Sons of Ether far more interesting.

Thanks all!

Another one that I keep hearing but never ask:

Whoa!
Whoa!
Whoa there Black Falcon!

Whenever something edgy is said.

LEGO Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters (75827) by Allen Tran, on Flickr

I'd heard about the firehouse, but the Lovelace/Babbage set is equally awesome. I have an Arduino that would be right at home in there. Also thank you for the Tron update as well.

Relax, we're not reddit, you'll be fine. Probably. No guarantees.

The guy who made Channel A also made a dark Madoka Magica-style magical girl RPG called Magical Burst. I will be sadly unsatisfied until someone runs a game of fighting Lovecraftian abominations in frilly dresses and being miserable.  :P

I'll take a look at it. Thanks for pointing this out!

Well, he's got my vote (mainly because I don't want to get cut). Plus he WON'T STOP STARING AT ME!

Ahh I dig the Stephen King reference.

Was any of Dan's games recorded?

Dan had one of the Zoom H2Ns, so we should have the recordings for his games.

Tonight's lesson in Eclipse Phase: When you give Firewall agents a choice between a nerve gas solution to their problems and a non-nerve gas based solution to their problems, a majority will vote for the nerve gas.

"So, we have a chance for a diplomatic solution where we all can eventually research what happened to u....what?  You found nerve gas? Oh, I'm sorry, you found and released nerve gas. Okay, no problem. I'll just be over here:

For starting out I think Call is fairly simple to grasp for a first-timer. You can set out pre-gens in Byakhee and set out lists explaining sanity/hp rules as well as roll successes and failures.  As for setting (as much as it pains me to say ;) ), The Haunting is a great scenario to introduce new players to the mythos. At it's heart it's a basic ghost story and you can mix any number of Lovecraftian elements into it to add detail to the overall setting.
