It will be posted when Duke Nukem Forever comes out. (Actually it should be up shortly, there is just a lot going on this week).

Still, doing the microwave bit would make a good youtube video  ;D.  In any case, another good solution is the silicate packets you get with certain merchandise (shoes, electronics, etc).  If you have enough packets, they do a good job of absorbing any moisture from the phone. By the way, what type of phone is it?

Even the damned apparently have other cravings than human blood.

Tom will have his own recorder, and I am planning to see if I can scrounge up the necessary funds for my own. Hopefully it won't be an issue.

Okay, you people are WAY too excited. I mean, this is all fun for you, but I gotta WORK HERE!

Seriously thank you all for the support. I am actually taking this seriously, and hopefully the sessions leading up to Gencon will be good.  Also, for any of you who may be joining us during the Gencon session, Tom will be sitting at the next table with a cattle prod. This is to be used on me in case I decide that one or more players should survive the game with their sanity intact.

I'll be honest, I don't understand where that leaves us.

You ever want to know what G.I. Joe and Cobra does when the day is done?

Role Playing Public Radio Podcast / Re: Chatting with whores
« on: February 28, 2010, 03:02:23 AM »
I actually chatted with a whore today who was willing to game with us, but she requires $150 (a $50 discount due to no sex!). Also, we have to go through age verification which means we have to give out a credit card number which I am not wanting to do. Call me paranoid, but I just don't trust anyone.

On the plus side, she was willing to play a half-elf druid if I would roll it up for her.

So is the whore we're speaking of one of the species inhabiting Commercial Street, or have those all gone extinct by this point in time?

is he verry religious?

I believe he worships Cheetara

[Aaron]  To answer your question, no, I'm not religious. Though if there were an active belief system structured around attractive cat-women, I might look into it. Truth be told, that's probably more up Toms alley than mine.  As for AOM, The Silver Scarab was meant to be a fledgling hero trying to bring back the positive image of the superhero. That's how I designed and played him within the Watchmen-esque setting that Ross created. I don't feel the need to apologize for playing my characters the way I want.

RPGs / Re: That Gargoyles thing mentioned all the time...

Actually, if you would like to know more, I may be of some help. My name is Aaron, part of Toms gaming group that has been doing the Gargoyles game since about 2005. (Don't exactly quote me on the date, since it feels longer since we started.)  Since Tom informed me that there was some interest in the storyline and mechanics of this game, so I've decided to post as much as I can remember within the next few days.  Hopefully that should answer any and all questions you have, though I do have a quick answer for one of your questions.  The system we used was in fact Gargoyles: The Vigil (Whitewolf mod), mixed in with another similar system called Gargoyles: The Guarding.  I will have more info in the days to come.
