Tony Jaa, the best martial arts movie dude ever. Supposedly, he watched martials arts movies as a kid, didn't know they used wires, and practiced so he could do just what they do in the movies.

The movie is "The Protector". Watch it.

Best fight scene of all time has to be the scene in Oldboy where he is wailing on guys as he walks down a looooong hallway. Sorry, but I can't find the video.
