Holy Endermen, Batman.

I counted six outside my hoverhouse last night before I logged off.
Apparently they need sand for something.
I didn't come here to win. I came to make friends.

Endermen suck, not quite as much as creepers, but yeah.

Also, found my new build site.  Castle and/or other structure incoming...

Does anybody know anything about setting up/building a server from an old computer?  I'm thinking about running a server off of my laptop (don't use it anymore, seen mixed reviews on whether or not to use the laptop, but no real explanation on why) or an old tower sitting in my closet.  Any help on this would be cool, especially if it could end up being powerful enough to host a number of people (since it would be essentially free?).  But again I have no real idea on a lot of this, so I could be completely off...

Okay, I've got the raw materials to finish the border of the dungeon. I had to mine out a mountain on the corner to get them but I got them. By the end of this weekend (maybe) the New Arcadia Dungeon will be surveyed.

At least! The border of the dungeon has been laid. Any individuals enveloped by the dungeon have had a notice posted on their homes. They can report to the civic planning office in New Arcadia regarding their new rights and duties as residents of the Dungeon Distract.

I ended up getting a ton of bionomes inside of the thing... I'm considering changing the concept from "dungeon" to "Hunger Games style arena".

Clearly the only correct answer is "dungeon with Hunger Games-style arena overtop". Should be fun to explore when you're all done, if you end up with a big arena we could try to get a few folks on for our own little Hunger Games.  8)

Well that didn't take long. I suppose I could make the dungeon section underground and have it release into an arena above. Yes, I think that would do well.

Thanks to whoever did the under stones on the dungeon wall.

Anyone who has spare time is welcome to build up the outer walls. They need to be built to a height of 5 blocks the whole way around eventually. Also feel free to throw cobblestone into the chest by the construction area.

The weather in the game matches me weather in real life: rain and lightning.

Is the server going to be updated sometime in the near future?  I updated like a derp without realizing that it wouldn't be compatible...

I can update it but craftbukkit hasn't been updated yet. If I update, we'll lose the permissions/anti griefing feature. Craftbukkit should update soon though. Do you want to risk it or wait?

I tried Technic for the first time, used the launcher they had for it (made it really easy). It's different. I feel like I'm learn to play the game all over again. Survival mode feels really dangerous when lions and tigers will actually attack you during the day. And scorpions. Giant scoprions that come out at night. Just... fuck.
