inFamous 2. Melee combat is MUCH more satisfying now, particularly with the introduction of primarily melee enemies, jumping and climbing onto things is still effortless and great fun, and the story is enjoyable.

Good game, better than its predecessor (which was also good) thus far.

I definitely would if it is any good, especially if I knew people playing it...

Looks interesting, anyone else giving it a shot?

back to playing lead and gold because it's fun, easy to jump in for 20 minutes and then quit and there's no bullshit. TF 2 has way too much bullshit to be enjoyable for me. All those fucking hats, complex tactics, scripting, server side mods, voice chat, and annoying sound files are annoying as shit. I just want a pure game to play - not all this 'community' shit.

It is not great but it's also not bad. It's no City of Heroes but then again I'm a bit biased.

I found it to be a bit boring, two of my friends went from CoH to Champions because it was free but as soon as they found out I was back on city they jumped back over.

But hell you have nothing to lose but the time spent downloading and playing it.

Yeah Champions isn't to bad. You can't customize your character as much as CoH (unless you pay for all the extra stuff).
You've been sucked out of the airlock into the black. Roll all the dice on the table for damage.

Finally taking Arje's suggestion and getting into Sword of the Stars. I lose at it all the time but it is still fun.
I wish I was Tom.

Granted, you are now Tom.

To all you City of Heroes fans, the game is going Free to Play sometime this year.

As a former player, I'll probably jump in on this as soon as it's available. Maybe we could get an RPPR supergroup going, if enough people are interested.

Alice: Madness returns is alright, at least so far. Still, its a bit unwieldy, since like the first unwieldy one they decided to use an engine designed for FPS games and then try to make it somewhat of a platformer.

Speaking of unwieldy, MtG: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 ... why is there a timer, why do the starting decks suck so much (not that they should be awesome right out of the gate, but they're so badly put together), why do you have to have split second reflexes just to activate an effect on a creature after the opponent assigned blockers but before damage? Why does the game pause when you dont want it to, yet speeds through crap you would rather it pause on. Why is the game worse than MtG: Shandalar, which was released in '97 (ignoring the fact that MtG itself is worse than in 97)?

I tried CoD Black Ops multiplayer for a few days - I bought it back in release - beat SP but the zombie mode was buggy so I uninstalled it. The quickest way to level up are the nuketown fast XP servers but that gets to be very tedious and I hate the game design - flinching after being hit means first person that lands a shot wins and it's just not fun for me. So I uninstalled it. Ugh. Well, at least I know to never buy a CoD game again.

I've been playing Dragon Age 2 and Duke Nukem Forver. Dragon Age 2 is a good game so far. I've been enjoying that game very much. Duke Nukem is another matter. It's not a bad game, I would call it a okay game. It's basicly Duke Nukem 3D 2. The control style and feel is the same as the old game. There is some funny moments and of course his one liners but I'm glad I got it from gamefly and didn't buy it.
