Has anyone tried Hillfolk?

I finally started to read the Hillfolk rules that were provided to backers of Robin Law's Hillfolk Kickstarter. The system is intriguing but very different. Has anyone here tried running it yet? If so, what did you think?

I backed the project but I'm waiting for the print books before I run it - I have too much on my plate as it is so it can wait a while.
