They were paid to do that. That is their job.

Yeah! This is probably the easiest way to summarize all of the current Parts, but if you've ever wanted a manga/anime where characters are super-fighting fashion models and are named named after popular music, then Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is definitely for you!
