This is Karee's first attempt at making a Cthulhu stuffed animal.

Nicely done. Was she working from an existing lay out or one she designed herself?

Both. She found an predesigned layout and then modified it.

I've seen more detailed versions, this is the one I like best so far. I like the seam at the thigh so it can sit easily, and the high angle on the arms with enough stitching that they look like they can stay up more of the time. Is this just for fun or is she planning to sell the little cosmic horrors?

She made it for (Ewen) or soon-to-be-born son. Do you want one?

Heck yeah. If I saw a hand made Cthulhu plushy like that at a convention I'd buy one.

All the ones I've seen have either been overly cute and smiling or attempting to look menacing and angry, which I don't care for in my stuffed animals. This is a nice, neutral expression and has the physical dimensions I'd want.

That's awesome man! Congrats on Ewen.

I also made sure that my son's first stuffed animal was a little Cthulhu.  ;D
