I think it just looks fucking awful. I know I'm in the minority with this one, but it is ridiculous. Baraka's makeup is mediocre, and the fight scene was underwhelming.

I understand that it was establishing a new universe, but it really felt like, "OMG! WHO HAVE WE FUKKED UP NOW?!"

And I love 7 of boobs, so i might go see it for her, or I might just rewatch the TV series, the Shark because she was hot on that one.

As a piece of viral marketing alone it's done its job. I've seen it everywhere to pretty positive commentery.

Im not sure what it is. If they do make a movie, Scorpion as the hero I already dont like, I would much rather see Jax and 7 of 9 as the heros if its more then this... I would like to know more about this, thats what I wanna know.

So, I linked this up to some of my buddies on X-fire and one of them heard threw a twitter post, that this was a pitch to WB to make the movie by the director that he put out on the internet so the masses would help push WB to say yes to it.

3rd party say so but the best story for it I heard so far.

Anyway . . .

American Cyborg: Steel Warrior is such a bad movie that it's fucking great. This movie isn't quite self-aware enough to be bad or it's just not trying hard enough to be bad. Uwe Boll films try hard to be bad and that's what makes them great. DOA was a film that was horribly bad, and it felt like the filmmakers knew it and that's why it was made to those specifications.

I don't know. Something just seems missing.

I think they chose the wrong characters for the bit for the Dark Knight treatment. Baraka and Reptile? Not Kano or Goro? No Liu Kang or Kung Lao? Or Mileena and her needle teeth? They had to go for the obvious freaks of the roster? Instead we get Jax with no metal arms, a Sonya Blade in a pants suit, and an obviously american Scorpion with an Asian name.
