Are we classifying ourselves in a DnD Gods kind of way, such as Alignment, Domains, and portfolio elements?

42.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot.
If you can't fix it with duck tape you haven't used enough.

I agree with trying to play gods of the world like DnD. I want to be the god of magic.

It would actually be good to know how to run the dice roller.  I don't know how to do it at this point.  Also, I suppose being D&D gods would be sorta cool, though I don't know too much about the D&D pantheon, so I'd just kind of pick a name and do things that I would associate with that deity.

I don't want to play a premade deity just pattern our stylings after that....such as

Deity Name
Alignment
Portfolio
Granted Domains*

*Assuming you end up using the map for a 3.x game.

also dice roller is : dice xdy :
x = number of dice
y = sides
also drop the spaces before the word "dice" and after the y

Ah, okay, yeah that would work out.  And thanks for the tip on the roller.  Also, I posted the  game thread in the main PbP arena.

I think we should keep this thread alive for general questions for each other and to keep a majority of the OOC stuff here so that the main thread doesnt get too cluttered.

What do you guys think?

I know this seems like a stupid question, but I'm left wondering just how many 25 by 25 square does the shape land power cover? and the parameters of the grid are set to

this correct?

just wanna make sure because I originally used 6 points to fill two cubes and that seemed like a lot less than everyone else's.

and before you mention it, yes I suck at the whole geometry thing, I know probably should have asked this before hand.

I said this in an earlier post, but I set my grid to .25" x .25" so that 1" = 16 squares.

Doing the math on the 25p x 25p gridlines, it's approximately 8.3 squares.

cool beans, my IRL group has been doing this with 1 square inch instead of a 1 inch diameter...my fault for reading it once and then never double checking. So yeah this makes a lot more sense.
