No problem.  I know what it's like to not have folks to game with.  Trust me, the easiest way is to learn a system and run the games yourself.  People are much more willing to play when you can do the legwork on the adventures.  It will be a bit slow going since I'm buried with work right now.  I'll do my best to get you the invite and set up the initial Wave thread.  You can read through the Quick Start rules and pick a character.  I'll NPC the rest of them.

Since we've used these forums thus far and NerdBound has yet to create them, I'm game. Plus it'll put Ross one step closer to RPG internet domination. That's probably overstating it. Bring on the boring stuff!

Well, I don't play Cthulhu and D&D is far too tactical for a Google Wave game.  That leaves Rogue Trader, which has quick start rules online and pregenerated characters.  It should be simple enough.  If you are interested, check out www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_minisite_sec.asp?eidm=78&esem=4 for the quick start rules.  I can try to run you through the sample adventure if you like.  Let me know what you think and I could send you a Wave invite if you need. 

My group learned Wild Talents over Wave and it made the live play so much easier.

Sorry man. I didn't see your reply until now. We started around 830 est so you would have missed a ton. Look out for the next game for sure.

I could maybe do a quick play by wave thing sometime. What systems are you into?

My new character build didn't have that because it isn't in the core rulebook.  The pregens are really weird, overpowered, and have things not in the book.  You guys had MUCH better stats than me because the pregens start with almost 125 bonus points to their core stats.  An average character will have a little less than 100.  I still did okay though, so I'm not worried.

I like to play it like Ash.  Not afraid to confront hideous evil to get the glory and the girl. Gimme some sugar baby.  Maybe not Karen though.  Sarvus is an eye man.

I think it was a great success and will make for a great episode.  Thanks again to Tadanori for running this.  I know it took a lot of time to put together the upgrades for everyone and the adventures.  It is very appreciated I assure you.  Thanks to Sean for reprising the role of Dominik and Dawnsteel for taking up arms as Lorayne.  It felt good to have a badass bodyguard.  Maybe Dominik won't screw around at the helm next time, bastard.  Can anyone tell I had a hell of a lot of fun?

It's going to be a LOOOOOOONG month waiting to play again.

I'm pretty sure we could accomodate at least one more player if anyone wants in. Tadanori would have to confirm. I know he has 5 pregens ready to go and we only have two players confirmed. Murph is still a maybe as far as I know.

I literally got everything . . . just in case.

The Kerberos Club, Serenity, and Trail of Cthulhu Player's Handbook were worth it alone and then some.  A great deal and a great cause.  The dollars just keep going up too.  It's pretty encouraging.
