The first thing that I thought of when I saw "Special Air Services Demolitions Expert" was a guy throwing grenades and dynamite out of an airplane window.
I'm sure the SAS has demolitions officers, being an elite service and all. I just think it's funny.

I envisioned something more like Five O'Clock Charlie from MASH trying to hit the ammo dump, throwing the bomb over the side. Can't even afford a trap door. Budget cuts.

I still count it as a win.

Selma the Pirate Queen
Background:
Selma began her seafaring life as a regular sailor, but it was quickly apparent that she had an inherent ability with swords. She quickly began to fight people for money earning a reputation as a swashbuckler and duelist. During this time, she had started to attract a following and pirating seemed the next logical step. She now controls a large navy of pirates (over 24,000 strong) and ships from her mobile ocean platform.
Selma’s goal in developing her navy is to completely dominate the world’s shipping industry or at least as much as the industry as possible. Ever the pragmatist, Selma realizes that utter domination of the seas is little possible, but she still wants her fair share. As far as pirates go, Selma is an honorable one. She hardly ever impresses sailors, and why should she when sailors often seek her out, and she never kills with provocation. She does, however, instruct her pirates to disable ships and to loot cargo.
Selma is afraid of few things. It takes a lot of courage to be a pirate and Selma is often at the front lines urging her sailors to victory. Despite this, she is concerned that several seafaring nations will attempt to sink her mobile ocean platform.
The question may not be who wants to kill Selma, but who doesn’t want to kill Selma. She has pirated from everyone and many of a nation’s best sailors want to join her ranks.

My followers over level 8 (63) will command their own ship with forces made up of the troops from levels 1-7. I will probably control 100 warships so the other 37 warships will be commanded by troops of level 7 chosen by seniority. Each ship will carry 225 sailors (out of the maximum of 250) and at least 75 of my ships will be at sea at any one time (typically traveling in groups of 5 or 10), meaning there will be a maximum of 7,126 sailors at the mobile platform and a minimum of 1,501. I will develop an elaborate scrying network so that I can view each ship and contact the ships if need be.

Hey, the ghoul was the only nice guy we had met all day, and we both were fairly insane at that point.
I just feel sorry for the Private, he was the only sane one among us. At least he made it out fairly unscathed.

This is one of my all time favorite characters, I made him for a one or two shot game in which two parties grouped together and tried to loot Undermountain.
I was human when the ordeal started, I was player killed by the other Rogue in the group who was under the influence of an evil intelligent magic item. He killed me and the group quickly fell to pieces. With his characters party shrugging it off like nothing happened, even so far as to say "Daaaaren..." in a completely hokey sitcom way. This lead my party to confront them about it.
While they argued I was spirited away to the lair of Halaster Blackcloak who in some kind of weird experiment infused Vampire blood into my system, trying out a new immortality experiment of some kind proved to bring me back to life with all the abilities of the vampire template. My job was to kill the entirety of the PC's, which he failed to do, but he ran away and stalks them to this day.

This is a 3.5 version of the Dragonborn from the Races of Dragon, so he had to be reborn as a Dragonborn. He is supposed to be a cleric of Mystra. Becoming a Dragonborn usually requires dedication and worship to Bahamut, but in the campaign he was played Mystra made a deal with Bahamut to hide Magnus from the Sharans who were after him.
