Any system that addresses things like this becomes hopelessly convoluted. It also becomes a system with abilities like "Discriminatory Taste" and rules on sexual encounters.
Take the lesser of two evils, I say.

Honestly, I found it more amusing that someone spent the time to pick out all these things. Since at most you might stumble upon 1 or 2 of these in any given game (and common sense dictates what should actually happen)...
