I haven't read the books so I have no idea if this is in keeping with them. I can say it's basically nothing like what I invisioned in my mind from how Caleb talked about the series.

Hunger Games will be the handbook for Generation Next as they enter into the Machivellian/Hobbesian world of post-liberal neo-feudalism.

Can you have "neo-feudalism"? Granted I'm not a land owning noble so I have no experience but plain old feudalism seems to get the job done. Not sure where you'd innovate it...

Think old feudalism meets industrial capitalism. You get things like Foxconn.
