I'm going camping this weekend and it occurred to me that camping might actually be a really good setting to get some gaming in. I hate camping, but the wife loves it, so she may appease me by playing a game of imagination with me :) Unfortunately I don't have time to pick up any new ideas or games since we're leaving tomorrow, but I was wondering if any of you have gamed while camping or have good ideas for games that would be excellent when going camping.
This trip's pretty small and I'll have two, hopefully three players along for any of my games. I hope to run a game of Mouse Guard at Gencon, and given it's emphasis towards smaller groups, I'm going to try to run it this weekend, also, any of my players are going to be straight-up noobs to tabletop gaming, so that might be something important to think about.
Anyway, odd topic I know, but any ideas?

card games are good too if you have any of those
If you had a big group, you could run mafia/werewolf.
Risus is great for newbies and it only needs a few d6s. http://www222.pair.com/sjohn/risus.htm
So, I'd use that for the rules. Ideas for scenarios:
Scary Stories to tell around the campfire - standard horror - set outdoors, emphasize the storytelling. PCs are campers stalked by an unseen monster in the woods.
Lost in the Wild: PCs wake up in the middle of a forest - with no memory of how they got there. They have to get out and figure out what happened (they were in a plane crash and suffered amnesia when they hit/they are FBI agents chasing after a psychic serial killer who made them forget who they are/they are dead and now in the afterlife/whatever you want)
Campers who find DB Cooper's lost loot - millions in gold bars or cash or jewels. Can they trust either other? How do they avoid the nosey locals or paranoid survivalist? Is DB Cooper coming after them?
Seven Samurai - PCs must defend a village from bandits. See the movie for more details.
That help?

There is a cool board game called Ingenious, by Fantasy Flight Games, that is easy to learn and fun to play. You should check it out.
