I think the Warez makers should sue for copyright infringement. Their logos were included in the .exe files without permission, and their work is being sold as a commercial product without their consent. Seems like a pretty solid case to me.

Actually everyone should care. Game companies bitch all the time about piracy and Rockstar is one of the worst. The fact that they then will go and "borrow" a warez application is incredibly hypocritical.
