...will we get a Dresden files game on the AP? What are you planing to run to get system familiarity?
-
I'm not running Dresden Files because I haven't read any of the novels. I'll play if someone else here runs it.
I will run Spirit of the Century and then Base Raiders once I finish the main draft.

Like Caleb said previously, a Dresden Files game wouldn't be balanced with the RPPR guys. Caleb and Jason would rule the game because they've read the books. I don't think the tone of the game would work well with them either.
-
All I know about it is, its not harry potter, but its about wizards, haha.
-
It's actually not remotely about wizards. If you want a good idea of what I mean consider the original working title for the series: Semi-Automagic.

If I can make a suggestion. Then it would be to get a hold of the Dresden files rules book (There is a rules book and a setting book). Have a good read through the rules and use that to run spirit of the century (SOtS). SOtS was realy a beta test for Dresden and there are some issues with it that gat fixed in Dresden. Aslo. FATE 3.0 is comming out searly next year, suposedly it's the dresden system polished up and with the fluff removed. So maby you should contact Evil Hat and see it they will let you get in on that early and publish Base Raiders using that. I THINK it's going to be creative commons.

And now that FATE CORE is in the kickstarter. It's going to be Creative Commons, well at least when it hits 90.000$.

It's going to be Creative Commons when it hits ninety dollars?! Dream big, Evil Hat. Dream Big.
