I saw one thread about this game from way back in '09 ... has anyone played this game? I've only recently become aware of HEX and as some of my regular players really like to pulp it up sometimes, so I figured I'd ask around for feedback on this game as a possible offering for them.

I played it at Fear the Con this year. Seemed like a decent system and fairly easy to learn. Nothing really wowed me though, but I just played a one shot and didn't read the rule book. Not sure what you could do with it that you couldn't with Fate, Savage Worlds, or any number of other systems.
