: Question regarding the Patreon
: MrWiggles December 05, 2016, 09:05:27 AM
I tried asking this question on the patreon itself, but I am not sure if Ross hasnt gotten to it yet or if I submitted the question wrong.

Recently there been a trend of Bonus AP one shots on the patreon. Thats great and all. I just asking for clarification regarding their gate at the five dollar level. I'm not saying they should or shouldn't at that level. With how I am reading the 2 dollar level, it should receive any bonus podcasts. And the 5 dollar level, thats for early access and the possible special for them podcast that hasnt been birthed yet.

Are these bonus AP not extra episodes but the special podcast for that level?

I recently changed the description of the Patreon to reflect this new level of bonus content:

Special Podcasts: Every once in a while, we create a special podcast just for the $5 backers and above. These can be actual plays, commentaries, or anything else. There's no set schedule for these podcasts, so keep an eye out for them!

To elaborate more - these podcasts are NOT guaranteed to show up every month. They're basically podcasts that I don't know where else to put. They do not go on the main podcast (at least for a while) and may never show up anywhere else.

As for the $2 level, it reads:

Receive a monthly podcast called RPPR After Hours and RPPR Illustrated. In After Hours, the regulars of RPPR discuss obscure gaming products, pop culture, and everything else we don't talk about in the main podcasts. If we produce more than 1 episode of After Hours a month, you will receive it. RPPR Illustrated depicts a scene from our AP podcast, suitable as a desktop wallaper.

You get After Hours, Wod The Heck/Palladium Poisoning, and the desktop wallpaper. That's over 3 hours of bonus podcasts a month and the wallpaper image. That's all.
