Caleb said at some point he made it to sell it.  But I'm not sure if the owners of Delta Green bought it.

Arc Dream is interested in publishing it so after Red Markets is out, Caleb might write it. No timeline obviously.

Good news - it got funded as part of the Delta Green: The Labyrinth Kickstarter and will be an official DG product. Really looking forward to my copy.
