Officer Kraken was one of my character ideas. He's part of an intergalactic space police force. His species colonized Earth millions of years ago, but unfortunately it was in the form of sending their retards and societal rejects somewhere out of site. We call their descendants squids. Officer Kraken is basically a super-intelligent land squid with a complex robotic bipedal frame covered up by his uniform that he operates with his tentacles. It's really disturbing to watch him eat lunch at the space station cafeteria, tentacles quickly snaking out of his jacket chest and snatching his sardine sandwich, followed by a munching sound and undulation around his frame's central cavity.

It is an item in 4E. It lets you spend two healing surges instead of one when you use your second wind ability, which means dwarves who have one will fuck you up.

MonPoc is/was excellent, both in its presentation and its execution. Pack distribution is not an issue at all. The minis are awesome, the starter pack is comprehensive, and the rules are well-written, fast and fun. The only problem for me is that no one else in my area was remotely interested. The only way I got to play it was with a couple of friends using my minis with a passing interest.
