In abilities it should read STR 14 (+2) DEX 14 (+2) so on and so forth.
In Skill's it should read: Skill name ranks (total bonus, including ability) or Acrobatics 4 (+6). Which means 4 ranks of acrobatics, and the +6 is the 4 ranks plus the 2 from dexterity.
Feats should be separated by their feat type.
Powers should be something like: Fireblast- Damage X(Extra: Ranged; Flaw: Unreliable; Power Feats: Homing) [Cost X] or whatever as appropriate.
