EDIT:  How do we contact/work with others?  Do we follow on Twitter, or is it something we do after we escape the prison?

Yep.  If you're following someone on twitter and they're also playing the game, you'll have the option to work with them on certain actions or try to kill them.  I think you need to have escaped from prison to do that, though.

I was finally convinced to post here after hearing Ross give a shout-out to this fun (and well-written) game.  I also created a twitter account just for the game:
