Hey Ross, could you clear me for server access? I have been on a figurative Minecraft kick of late. My Minecraft account name is iceemaker.

Kickstarter for some of your games would be just dandy, Caleb.
For what little it's worth, I would also like to voice my support for a Caleb-funding ransom. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the APs from games you have run, especially the Know Evil campaign. PDFs, Skype games, or even a simple "thank you" letter would be sufficient incentive for me to donate.

Ditto, Salkovich. I know I gave my maudlin "sad-to-see-ya-go" speech earlier in the thread, but it bears repeating that I thoroughly enjoyed this campaign. Great job, RPPR crew.

Wow. Only two NWC episodes remaining. Whatever ultimate fate awaits the Water Barons, I am glad that I was able to share in the adventures. I can easily say that the Campaign has taught me more about GMing (and being a good player) than any written material ever could. Thank you, RPPR Crew, for the laughs, setbacks, triumphs, drama, and all-around adventurin' that is the New World Campaign.

Ugh. I hate papers with vague themes. Sometimes, I just want the damned professor to communicate precisely what they want.

Well, I would definitely focus on Internet anonymity rather than Anonymous itself. Exploring boundaries, stepping outside one's comfort zone, discovering oneself, etc. Of course, Internet trolling facilitated by anonymity is another important aspect.

I hope this helps. Good luck, I suppose.

IBM and the Holocaust
I desperately want to write up a Call of Cthulhu scenario incorporating this relationship. It's quite unsettling, really. Especially the usage of IBM devices for management of the concentration camps (and the regular maintenance the machines required - IBM employees saw the horrors of the Holocaust firsthand).

EDIT: More information: On the usage of the machines

Played a couple sessions with my group. Pretty humorous system with tons of customization options, but highly exhaustive and exhausting. The "roll X keep Y" mechanic is somewhat unintuitive and tends to drag down the game. Funny for a Gamma World-style diversion game or two.

They gave Jason the honorary fisting after the game, remember?

And yes, let's finish the New World, please!

I'm a bad cultist. I was totally unaware of this contest. It's obviously too late, but I have been mulling over a D&D adventure in the Underdark. Seems like the perfect setting for the Cathartic Lobster and his loyal followers.

I have a .pdf converter and could probably make it a legitimate adventure and everything. I shall get to work now.

In keeping with my dungeon crawling theme: Desktop Dungeons. It's free. And it's HARD. It's also available on both Mac and PC.
I've unlocked all of the non-monster races & classes, and I have still yet to master the game. DD is really unforgiving and requires thorough planning.
As many others have said, monsters from the MM3 and onwards are much more conducive to quick play. Otherwise, you need to alter the health and damage outputs of the monsters (see the chromatic dragons in MM1 as compared to the Monster Vault - which is to say, they are completely different beasts altogether).

Perhaps reducing the overall economy of actions - one standard action per turn, rather than standard/move/minor - could speed up combat. Might also have interesting gameplay implications.

The Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the week of January 10th will work fine for me. Even the days following that week will work, as long as I have seven day's notice. No preference between Monsters and CoC.

Ugh. Etrian Odyssey 3 for the DS is a nightmare. Not necessarily so difficult that it is unenjoyable, but definitely an unforgiving game. I must confess to never having played any of the old-school turn-based dungeon crawlers, but this game basically epitomizes the genre. It has all of the inventory management, turn planning, and party-wiping gimmicks that have been completely phased out of modern RPGs.

Once again, the game is still fun, but not for the faint of heart. But I would definitely recommend it to you guys for the Lovecraftian elements of the story:
You fight Deep Ones over the course of the game and can elect to slay the princess of the city, who made a pact with the Deep Ones. The final tier of the dungeon is the Cyclopean Haunt, resting place of the Deep Ones' master, AKA the FINAL final boss. I have yet to fight it, but I doubt Cthulhu is an unreasonable assumption.
Oh, and Paper Mario on the Wii's Virtual Console. I played it when it was first released, but the simplicity of the combat and the amount of customization available puts most modern games to shame. Not to mention the actual non-crappy (if somewhat silly) dialogue.
