HAY GUYS HAVE YOU SEEN THIS THING

SCP – Containment Breach is a free survival horror game based on the stories of The SCP Foundation. It’s currently in alpha stage of development.

Please note that this is the first public release of the game it’s still very unfinished and has lots of bugs in it. The saving system isn’t finished yet, but the game doesn’t have much content at the moment, so you’ll be able to see almost everything there is to see in about half an hour. You can’t get out of the facility in the current version either, so don’t bother looking for an exit.

It seems to primarily feature SCP-173, 106, and 895.

If you have no idea what the SCP Foundation is... HAY GUYS HAVE YOU SEEN THIS THING http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/
I recommend checking out 055, 914, and 231.

Glad they finally put up that entry. It was not a thing last time I checked the wiki.

While playing Mass Effect 3 this morning I traveled to the planet Carcosa to recover part of an ancient library.  :-\
The Codex informed me that the planet held the ruins of a palace overlooking a depression thought to have once been a large lake.

WHAT

Yeah, that was my reaction. Unfortunately, (or maybe fortunately in this case) you can't land and check the place out. You basically scan the planet until you locate the library and then fire a probe to mark/retrieve the info.
Even with giant, sapient star ships trying to kill us all, looking for an ancient library on Carcosa feels like a bad plan.

From what I've listened to so far:

  • Caleb's Dirty World game was absolutely amazing. Everyone playing was great, but special mention has to go to Thad. Worth contributing to the Kickstarter all by itself.  ;D
  • The Bell Island playtest was an entertaining listen, but the scenario was definitely still in it's early stages. Especially apparent with the later(?) versions of Bell Island that have already been posted.  :-\
  • Delta Green was a definite hit. Caleb was great, and hacking Facebook ftw.
  • Don't Rest Your Head was hilarious.  :D I am stealing Ross' madness talent, it was perfect. I'd definitely be interested hearing more games of DRYH. Curious what the RPPR crew thinks of the game, having played it a couple times now.
  • I've only listened to the first World of Darkness game so far, but the campaign idea is intriguing.  ???
