I'm in the same boat, Tad.  My dwarves just mill about aimlessly.

Ohhh, that would mess me up horribly.  It always distracts me, even when someone doesn't have any headphones and I hear the echo.  Echo voice is probably my greatest nemesis when it comes to Skype.

Interesting to know that Mac has such a program.  I'm afraid I'm not too Mac savvy, and now it's no wonder why it's said that Macs are nearly a necessity for audio production.  I understand lack of disposable income far too well, and I have far too many places to sink said disposable income.

I know not from any AP recordings, but I've found some good luck with Pamela.  Yeah, ya gotta plunk down $40 for the bad boy, but it makes it somewhat easy editing-wise.

The other method I've heard of people doing is having something like Audacity on every machine running skype, but I'm lazy and my audio editing skills have atrophied like the verniform appendix.  Since everyone would be recording their own channel, the person prepping the recording would need to actually time up each and every channel so they start at the same time like via a test tone or something or things can get really out of sync really quickly.

Pamela has a free 30 day trial, too.  But really, if you're going to be doing many recordings it'll be worth it in the time saved in post.

Hmmm, I gotta really look up Maptools once I am free from work, haircut, BMV hell, and the oh so lovely Continuing Education credits for my Insurance License.

I've found that doing your best to detach from the subject matter helps a bit.  Viewing oddities like this with the cold separation of a researcher helps keep my good friend "Mr. Vivid Imagination" from taking the ball and running.  And if Mr. Vivid Imagination comes out to play, it's time for Plan B.  Booze.

Duly noted, Joven.  Definitely duly noted.  We've talked about this since the great diaspora occurred, and now we're finally getting some headway towards it.

Oh, all the internet does is act as a flashlight on the horrors what lurks under the surface.

Some things I find fascinating...  Some things...  Well, that's where my two friends Vodka and Scotch come in to save the day.

Well, I finally decided to jump into this forum, and well, it being my first day, I decided to go digging.

I've gotta check these out sometime when I'm a little more awake.  Most of my group is nearly sent to the four winds, furthest being Taiwan, so I have to work some of this stuff out.  The dice rolls are my main concern for the most part.

Especially with the Maverick Hunters: C-Team Wushu game I'm planning.  Crappy Power-Stealing Reploids fighting Mavericks in a Porno Studio...  This one promises to be quite fun.

Just seeing both images makes me think if Fisto's name is accurate to his shtick, there's bound to be both rectal lacerations and pink sock going on.  Better lay out the blue tarp or install floor drains.

Yeah, but there's still a few degrees of "GAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" between woman with fake tail, and a grandson getting balls deep in his granny.  Ever try to peel apart a grilled cheese sandwich?

Ohhh!  Time to get out the ol' Lucky Shovel.  It's lucky 'cause it works just as well on hookers as it does dirt.

After months of both listening and being far too antisocial to join the forums, I have come to offer my humble allegiance to the great Lord Cathartic Lobster.

I'm in the process of reading that thread.  Yaaaay, time theft!  I'd hate to toss my hat in without getting a lay of the ... pit, really.  But most definitely I plan on diving into the pit with nary a second thought.
