I just want to thank Ross for providing me with a survival guide for the zombie... apocalypse? No, maybe we'll just call it the zombie infestation. I'm definitely going to survive for at least one more scene in my zombie movie. Maybe that should be your marketing ploy...

"Do you always die in the first scene of a zombie movie? Are you always easily amalgamated into the rotting army? Want to know how to last that little bit longer?

Hi, I'm Ross Payton, author and zombie zoologist. Let my book guide you on the multitude of species of the ravenous horde and each one's inner motivations, so that maybe you'll last another half an hour when they finally come for you."

Thanks Ross!

BTW, if you'd like to see our first game from last year, it's called Pistols at Dawn. Where else can you pistol duel a bum on the street for his whiskey? It has two different endings! Only a dollah! (end advertisement)

Oh, and we're making an Android build too, but that will release later.

Thanks Ross! Yes, we're excited. We wanted to put a proper story driven game on the iPhone and I think we're doing it. It's simple, but that suits the device and it means we can finish it. I did all the art and animation and my programmer made the engine himself. We have a part time designer who helps us with the gameplay. Like I said before, listening to your podcasts inspires me!

@Kroack - Yes, you will be very sexually unfulfilled with this game. Glad we could help. Yay!

We're @cedarhillgames if anyone wants to follow us.

Hi Everyone,

So this is what I do everyday, we're announcing it today and it should be out by the end of August. I hope you like it, it's my first really big title since I left BioWare and started my own company.

I'd say that the various gods of Lovecraft's vision are purely there to blow your mind, figuratively and literally. Staring onto the abyss and all that. That's the sanity part... and since you can't stop a planetary sized space monster with a Tommy gun, I'd say it was never about foiling their dastardly plans, it was just about stavng off their sinister minions a little while longer. And that's where you might be best imagining new things, which I'd say you've done with aplomb in your puppet monster and sex fiend. I picture it like in Hellboy when he gets a vision of the future and sees giant monsters eating a city, but then he just goes around hammering much more manageable monsters with his fist. My two cents.

Wow, that's a metric ass-load of creatures. Watch out for the giant starfish! It's slowly going to slobber on you!

I just preordered Zombies of the World! Money officially where my mouth used to be.

That happened to me the other day!

:( Tapatalk no likey.

Looks nice here though!

Awesome stuff everyone! Loved Caleb's new Dirty World game and I'm really looking forward to more Wild Talents or Eclipse Phase. Ross, you rock! Should I buy your book?

Just listened to Bryson Springs again. Brilliant. You can picture Liang running indoors to stop himself from being pulled up into the sky, but then it all going horribly wrong.

OK, the file is ready for the one or two people who will look at it! It's perfect for the iPad version of Numbers, and I can only assume that it works for the other versions of Numbers as well. It's fun!

Ross, we're getting close to finishing our iOS game, so maybe I'll start showing you some screens or movies of that. If you're impressed with this sheet, wait'll you see what I do for my day job!

Shallazar offered up a heap-a-cowpoke talk right there, yes he did. I'd be thinking someone shud run a game just from that there mess o' words! Put 'em to good use!

Here y'are:

I've also got ones for Traveller and Judge Dredd, but those ones have really fun character creation systems, so making an autogen kind of defeats the purpose.
