http://news.yahoo.com/you-don-t-bring-a-3d-printer-to-a-gun-fight----yet.html

Article basically sums up to "Look out, 3D-printed guns are coming." Time to DRM the fabbers. Actually, I predict the first death resulting from 3D printing technology will be some kid shot by the cops after someone in their family prints out a toy gun without an orange tip.

I'm taking a science fiction literature course on Coursera, and one of the books we're on now is The Island of Dr. Moreau. I can't stop thinking about octopi with mops on their heads.

Coursera course on Gamification started today.

I do use Amazon affiliate so when you click on an Amazon link on the main RPPR site, I get a few percent of anything you might buy.

And that doesn't just apply to the product they link to. If you click on one of those links and proceed to purchase ANYTHING on Amazon, whatever you were going to purchase anyway, they get a cut. But you didn't hear it from me.  :-X

You could just say a wizard TITAN did it, perhaps a precursor to a Know Evil-style virus that got into his backup. You could incorporate it into the plot.

Yeah that's more or less what I meant with #3 - HOWEVER, I would make that a huge flaw or several flaws because people are going to be scared as hell of you and you will face significant persecution - TITAN-scarred survivors would be social pariahs/lepers in Eclipse Phase.
I agree, and it could be plot-breaking for an inner-system Firewall scenario, but it might work on the outer rim. He could still be constantly harassed about it: "No, I wasn't uploaded. No, I'm not feeling urges to kill you. Well, maybe a little bit."

And if it comes down to it, nobody likes us, everybody hates us, guess we'll go gatecrashing.

Who cares, Cody's back.

He-Man sounds good.
Kill Puppies for Satan? I'm not sure it's actually playable.
Of course it's playable! I demand not just a one-shot, but an IKPFS campaign!

When you gaze long enough into the ear canal, the ear canal gazes back at you.

A one-shot based on Kevin Smith's Red State. Maybe A Dirty World? although the mechanics of that game aren't great for outright violence.

No self-respecting English butler for the rich and snooty would ever say "me and ..." instead of "... and I". Or have Extended Clip and his American friends been rubbing off on Mr. Wellington North?

My favorite spam message on my blog was this one:

Unquestionably imagine that which you said. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the web the simplest thing to take into account of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while other folks consider concerns that they plainly do not understand about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the highest and outlined out the whole thing with no need side-effects , folks can take a signal. Will probably be again to get more. Thank you

It's funny, you guys are saying they threw 4e under a bus, but the dinosaurs that still play AD&D and 2e (of which I'm one, but I haven't looked at Next) are all saying it's just a crappy new version of 4e that's trying to look more like 3.5.

Proving once again, you can't make everybody happy, but apparently you can piss everyone off.

want to give money + don't have money = head explodey

luckily you seem to have it taken care of... you've totally earned it with your awesome APs. Maybe you should just start charging for Skype games for a living.

All of Caleb's background characters have such amazing personalities.
I agree, and it makes a huge difference in the game. Which is why I'll always be a crappy GM.
