I was hunting red matter and some lava to make a garbage disposal when a big green dick came out of no where and blew up in my face... I love this game. Going to set up a bunch of landmines for cows eventually.

I actually own the Stargate books, got them at a convension long with an interesting anecdote about a ferangi quartermaster in a Trek RPG he played. I never got to play it, but it is an interesting system, more detailed and thought out then d20 modern. One of trhe books also has rules for being a system lord, recuiting a jaffa army, building a space fleet, ect. There's also ship combat rules but they kinda suck. Also lots of background material up to the 3rd season, I think, or 5th, and pregens for all the major chars, even Thor, and some generic ones if I remember. It's very well suited to the DnD mechanics the show uses... those poor lvl1 marines... That said, GURPS, its awesome. Except everyone I know is refuses to play it because they're too rooted in d20, and I was admittedly a little hungover when I tried to run it.

You play as a cute little girl who owns an item shop in order to pay off her dad's massive loans, otherwise your fairy loanshark will take your house and make you live in a box. Plus you can befriend adventures and go on NES Zelda styled dungeon crawls. It sounds weird but its actually alot of fun, aside from the cheap fucking little girls that won't pay my huge item markups... I'm trying to pay off my loanshark dammit! >:(

You know, it would be funnier if every other person in STO didn't have a profile like that... ::)

Edit: I take it back, that comic is the funniest thing I have ever seen. That's getting posted on the fleet website.

$40 for a tb is freaking amazing. They usually run from $90-200, and the $90 ones youll usually regret buying. My oly problem with seagate is that I used to see 5000 of them a day when I was working at circuity city, very rarely returned however.

I'd be interested in playing if your still taking people. I've done a bit of experamenting with the system (Dr. Martin Venture, Superscientist Necromancer!). How does a combat oriented light battlesuit sound? Something like Grey Fox but without the sword. Or now that I think about it, the guy from Shadow Complex without all the upgrades.

Don't worry Cody I agree with you, although my intense hatred of Star Wars is centered around the fandom itself. SW fans are so much worse then ST fans, mostly... That and Lucas made the greek tragedies fuck anime.

I actually saw the USS Lemuria the other day. Didn't realize it was something "real". Yay Wiki.

I wanted a shot of the name on the hull, but I guess runabouts are too small.

I know only I think this is funny, but still... I put one tribble in bank bank with food. This is what I found 4 hours later.

I love the museum... I actually got to touch a Blackbird, so cool. Although, this probably says to what kind of sad person I am, but I find going there depressing... Just because when I look at all that stuff it just reminds me that I'll probably never get to go into space, let alone see another star... Ah, damn star trek. :'(

Hutchinson, about an hour north of Wichita. I go back every now and then to visit my family. Some of my best childhood memories are sitting on my grandmas porch watching the trains, damned Southern Pacific ran less then 2 house lengths from her house, with Santa Fe and couple of blocks from that... I also remember the time I nailed a horse fly the size of silver dollar with an aluminum baseball bat, haven't seen a smear that big since.

I found this at half price books and love giant robots... although Transformers porn is a bit creepy. Has anyone played/even heard of this system? I'm wondering whats others think as I start hitting my head against it.

I'm from Kansas, near Wichita. It's quiet. peaceful, and you can actually see the stars at night... on the other hand its full of old people and boring as fuck. Still, its nice to get away from a big ass place like Columbus every now and then, all the imbred cats on my uncles farm creep me out though...

And yeah, wearing jayhawks stuff around buckeyes gets fun.

My thought that was to use the monster rules to stat all the 2x4 tech, such as the flashlight/glass bottle laser rifle... I don't know the system outside the APs though so I don't know if it would work.
