We finished the second game tonight.

The takers learned that nature sucks, Private Military Contractors suck, and that crazy self hating Cultists can be pretty reasonable if you are polite to them.

Galavant also learned that just one Casualty can be pretty fucking dangerous when you are out of rations.

All in all they earned 50 bounty and after their expenses had around 5 bounty each in profit.

Sure I'm cool with that enclave.

Also We should be recording our next game this Saturday barring something interrupting us.

And for my notes for the first job BlackLight took.

DHQS Job

Employer Jeudi Blanc, Aka White Thursday

Job Someone stole a shiping container find it and burn it and its contents to the ground.

Complication: VECTORS!!!  The shipping container was filled with hundreds of bounty's worth of medical supplies and whoever stole it contaminated all of it with the blight and toxins. Fortunately or unfortunately whoever they sold it to had an injured person who went vector and infected all of the other buyers mere hours before the takers arrived.

And on a side note for every available job for our fist sescion I rolled 14 bounty payouts   :D

The baby was an encounter for their first leg. They came upon a stroller sitting in the middle of the road.

Being smart players they thought "That's totally a trap" and threw a rock at it. The baby started crying because of that when they looked in the stroller and found a note saying Sorry with a bounty taped to it.

The real trap of the leg was the unexpected baby that fell into their lives  ;)

So we recorded a retrospective of the Hooverville game we ran. We plan on getting back to the campaign once the Kickstarter begins, and this time we will be able to actually record our games so Jace won't have to spend hours doing writeups of our misadventures.

I enjoyed this part of the game:

GM: There are two paths you can take. One you have to deal with the traps, and with the other you deal with the zombies.
Plato: I didn't join this crew to not kill zombies
Latent comrade: Excuse me?

Oh, and they tried to blow up some dinosaurs with a dynamite-strapped cow but the dinosaurs were too crafty for them so they had to blow up a fake meth lab instead.

Hey Operation Cowabunga was a brilliant plan  >:(

Also it was Yithian enhanced dynamite so it was more powerful then usual.

After listening to the last Game Designer's Workshop, does anyone have their own playmat that they'd like to share?  That idea (plus keeping track of things with poker chips and/or coins) sounded very cool.

Here is the one that they were talking about, my group really likes it because it lays everything out in front of us.

We just had our first campaign game have a look at all that sweet sweet bounty.

At the end we each got 11-10 bounty of profit each   ;D

I also used quarters to represent the delicious Bounty they were earning--during negotiations as I was placing stacks on the slider I could practically see them salivating, and when they scavenged more out in the Legs they gave a little cheer when I added those to their growing pile.

It was also super disapointing to loose half of them when we had to abandon the job. Luckily we got our hazard pay but still :(
