well, although I'd really love to be wrong, it doesn't look like this game is still going on.  However, if you're looking to play in a creepy, modern horror game, just express your interest in my Hunter: The Vigil game here: http://slangdesign.com/forums/index.php?topic=1232.msg28281#new
