Greetings fellow forumites...

This is somewhat of an odd question, but hey, we're all somewhat odd people.  For a super brief background, I attend UC Davis and you may or not be aware of some craziness that is going on there.  We have been told numerous times that "the world is watching," and I was curious just how of an accurate statement this was.  So I turn to my internet "sources" with a simple question: have you heard about what's going on/how much have you heard/how much do you care?  Quite frankly, I don't have really strong feelings in any direction and was just curious what kind of "reach," per se, the news had...

I live in Sacramento and it took me a about 30 seconds to even realize what you were talking about.... So i'd say... For people like me at least, no one is paying attention

This I figured as much.  It's a bit frustrating to me because it feels a bit blown out of proportion considering I am getting ready for finals in probably the hardest quarter I have yet had (and probably will ever have) and I want to be able to focus and do well...
