I am very much into Let's Plays as well, mostly those by Something Awful goons.
I recently posted a series of
Mario Party Let's Play by four SA goons, it is both hilarious and friendshi-destroying. These are the same guys that made the
Sonic 2006 Let's Play, which was an LP that was aimed at doing a blind playthrough and to try finishing the game in one sitting, but became an epic journey of perseverance through a shitty gameplay with shit controls and shitty loading screens. Their collective suffering, however, is glorious.
More informative yet equally humorous let's plays include my all-time favorite let's play,
Deadly Premonition played by supergreatfriend, a completionist LP through an amazing and underrated game. Another great one is the
Heavy Rain LP by LordMune which shows almost every single choice and line of the game through a hilarious walkthrough.
Of course, can't forget
Chip and Ironicus, especially their Metal Gear Solid games LPs.
And, of course, the classic Ghouls 'n Ghosts LP by Wolfshirt. Oh wait, the videos were deleted. Damn
