Let's just keep in my that proximity does not mean that disparate events have the same root cause.

True, but in my mind it's similar to the increasing number of natural disasters - the world's falling apart around our ears. That kind of spooky.

That's the Aztec name. The Mayans knew the Feathered Serpent as Kukulcan.

Ross, I think you're gonna love this one.

It's called 'The enigma of Amigara Fault.' It's a horror one-shot about a faultline that mysteriously has thousands of human shaped holes in them. A bunch of people go there to investigate, some of which say that they've 'seen holes that were made just for them.'

I dled the file and scanned/unzipped it. I thought it was pretty damn cool.

The specific story I'm talking about is in Volume 2 Extra stories.

Saw it posted on /a/ and thought I would share.

I am well aware of Junji Ito's work. You should get Uzumaki, which is his greatest work thus far. Lovecraftian without actually invoking the mythos.

Still, if you haven't read Amigara, you MUST DO THIS NAO

Agreed. Uzumaki and Gyo are both really awesome.

Particularly the scene in Gyo where
A SHARK GETS MECHANICAL LEGS AND BEGINS WRECKING SHIT ABOVE THE WATER
Highly recommended.
