One of my players is bent on world domination in D&D.he worships nurrel and keeps knocking out random people, taking them to a remote area an tortures them.he tells me he is gona take over the world.he made friends with an NPC cleric of nurrel and they are planning together.I am letting him do this is that a good idea?
I wish I was Tom.
Sort of just sounds like the player is antisocial.Pinky and the Brain never used torturing people, and if they did it was only one time and it didn't work. How are the other players responding to this?

If you want to pursue the plotline with the player, have them hash out a reasonable plan on how this world work.
