Plus he can be used as a pied piper for Bro's, should we ever need to round them up en masse for sacrifice or something.

Besides, Kevin Costner already split Dane Cook's throat open with a shovel.

Statement: You people call yourselves a fan club.

Question: What have you done for Cody lately?

Called his "club" the longest, largest, and most popular destination around? Guys like compliments too sometimes.

Now, if only we could start a ransom for me so I could go to NY Comic Con with my publisher . . .
I'm from Alaska. About Fifty miles south of Ankorage there's a little fishing town, maybe you've heard of it, it's called fuck your momma.

Kidnap yourself and ransom yourself back to your fans. A bit like the big lebowski with significantly less dude.

Well, you could, you know. Kickstarter has worked well for Ross twice now and I am entirely certain that you would be able to gather funds from several people on the forums.

You only have two problems.

The first is, of course, ability to advertise. You can place notice here and on your own blog. You do not have the same public face (yet) that Role Playing Public Radio does, which limits your inward pull.

The other problem is returning value on investment. The club and cult support you because we enjoy your... well, it's simply refer to it as your 'work'. However, the vasty majority of your work is controlled by Ross Payton as the only individual with the access and ability to publish actual players including you. The sole exception, at present, is Popgun Chaos, which is not, as yet, an audio experience.

To be direct: Ross gives us APs, shiny buttons, and PDFs in exchange for our money. Our "donations" are a fee, given in good faith of returned of value. I first gave to RPPR for nothing in return apart from an ego boost at being the first donator and the sensual thrill of my internet pseudonym being spoken aloud on the show. Since then my expectation of return has increased as request for more investment as grown.

I'd donate to funding your adventure, sire. I simply require... recompense.

I can assure you that for a modest donation I can compel Cody to show up at your house and do a minstrel show for you.

Well, that'd be a few more things I have to explain to my fiance.

I was thinking more along the lines of Cody runs a He-Man game in GURPS (obviously without Ross) and records it.

Generally, I'm not into cults, but this is something I can get behind. Can we throw Dane Cook on the pyre while we're at it?
Patience, young one. Mencia has outlived his usefulness and will be dealt with. People seem to have gotten over his shock value, his attempts to divide people by superficial differences. Cook, however, can still spread a good deal of anarchy and stupidity with his inane "comedy" routines.

wait a second....this implies he once had a usefulness...

Im for a get cody to comic-con thing....but yea....i hate to sound like an ungrateful cultist but what do we get out of it other than the oppurtunity to see him if we too go to NYCC.  which isn't even that good really.
Freedom is not a license for chaos.
