I knew when I played the demo that this game was . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . already dead.

Also, I cannot refute that article at all. But I still love the game, simply due to it being FotNS. I just recently got past the first Toki arc (that's the last dubbed episode) and I'm working on the 100+ more episodes to go...
I'll wait till the game drops in price after it bombs its initial sales, lol.
Ah, as an additional service, the key to beat Jagi:
In the first tri-period of his HP, you want to keep some distance while he uses his attacks and run in arcs in order to dodge his long-distance energy shots. Get a feeling for the time delay between shots. Once you've done this, get to a distance that you can reach him after he fires but before he is ready to fire another shot. You will find that you can still quite easily dodge his attack (and if you find yourself still in the line of his shot, hit R1 in order to roll away from it). Once this is done, head straight for him and press square.
Since you were running around so much, Kenshiro is going to do a power drop kick on the guy and send him flying. This will lead to one of two things; Jagi will get hit back by a quarter of the stage, in which case chase after him and hit him with a straight square combo. Or Jagi will have hit a wall that you land right next to, in which case start a straight square combo to hit him while he is down and combo him.
At any point in time, feel free to break the boxes around the stage in order to obtain max energy or max hp (there are 2 max energy, and 1 max hp). While having the energy, you can press 'O' at any time in order to initiate the special attack that is selected at the time (I prefer One Hundred Crack Fist). Normally I wait until the very end of my straight square combo before initiating it in order to get the maximum out of the stun duration that attacking him gives you (a very useful thing when fighting him in second stage).
In second stage, the arena changes and there is a huge oil spill in the middle, with cages that pop up. The key here will be avoiding the oil, and the edges of the oil. You want to stick close to the metal cage that is near Jagi and wait until you see him throw his firebomb (remember, avoiding oil. This means we are still on a dry strip of concrete, close to Jagi). When you see it, run. In that location, the firebomb explodes as an area effect, rather than a curve effect that is a bit more difficult to dodge.
He will always throw 3 firebombs, so rinse and repeat last step.
As he leaves from the protected area and back into combat, the camera angle changes. It actually centers on where he is going to land. Use the running drop kick on him as soon as he lands and follow the advice given before; run after him, start a straight square combo and then a One Hundred Crack Fist (or other, if you prefer something else). At best, I think you can take him out with him only using those cheap firebombs twice. You should be able to take him out after he uses it three times.
The third part of the stage is pretty straight forward. When he has red energy, keep distance and dodge his long range for about half a minute. Repeat first stage steps in order to win. For the lulz, press 'x' and then '▲'. You will be brought to a new part of the stage. This only works in the third tri-period of his hp.
