Not even a little tiny shout out to Hebanon Games on favorite company? Come on, I know you're a big published author and all but can't you spare some kind words for a fresh fish?

Hebanon Games was listed? I didn't see it. But that doesn't matter. Paizo is competing in that category so it will win.

I may have been really tired or something but I'd have sworn that it was there, below ArcDream and a few others but I clicked the link and got to an article about perfectly reasonable police procedures for deputizing.

VOTED!

But there is no actual play category? Or is this due to the mostly...how shall we put it....ADULT CONTENT a lot of the groups put out? (which I find mostly hilarious! HI CODY!).

I personally think APs help GMs in many ways to get a grip of how to run the game. Listening to beautiful tips by such pros as RPPR is one thing, hearing them actually handle the players is another.

My wife just doesn't like it when I start giggling in bed at 1am in the morning...so curse all you AP groups for that!

I submitted both podcasts to the awards but RPPR got the nod. I think sending them a 3 hour episode to listen to soured some of the judges.

Well for me there's 3 groups I really listen to:

RPPR, obviously, because of the incredible level of professionalism and also the switching setups of players/GMs, which keeps it fresh.

RPGMP3, Hal's voice is like a little angel peeing in your ear. The groups are usually very synthed and the players work well together. There is a lot of "Out of game banter" but I like that sometimes!

Drunk N Ugly, thanks to RPPR I found a remote play group (which is how we mostly play, because we're allover Europe) that works really well and has very clever players.

I think that doing, recording and editting APs is a talent of its own. It should get its own category really...although it might get some fanRAGE going I suppose....

Just looked again, Hebanon is between Miklyfish and Posthuman studios.
