I am no longer allowed to run Call of C'thulu games where it slowly becomes apparent that all the horrors are actually pokemon.

I also wish to know the answer to this. I would just be more excited when it came out. Also I would want to invent pokeballs. Cosmic horror in my pocket. 
That's when a Call of Cthulhu game switches systems from either the O.R.E. path and you have a Monsters or Wild Talents game, or the D20 path and you have a D20 Modern game. That being said, I would be intrigued to see Pokemon done in Call of Cthulhu.
