What do we look like?

Podcasts hide our faces from prying eyes, they ensure that everyone recognises our voice, but no-one ever sees what we look like.

I have a mental image of what Tom and Ross look like, but I have no idea whether it's accurate or not. I'm putting my cards on the table. My avatar is actually me, and here's a formal portrait:

Well you can see Ross and Tom on the facebook. Tom looks threatening and Ross looks like an asshole Harry Potter.
And as for revealing my looks? I look like a gnome wearing a diaper.
