The background is better. Cick with the bat is his guardian angel. In the future that kid makes a lotion that keeps women looking young for their whole lives. But it stops their physical aging at 12 years old too. All of the other angels want to kill the kid to prevent him from turning the world into a pedophile's dreamland.

If I remember correctly the consensual age for Japanese girls to have sex is 14 or 15.  I don't know if this has changed anytime recently but it was 14 last time I checked.  I know odd things.  Don't ask how or why.  Pretty sure this has something to do with the creepy obsessiveness of underage girls.

It is now illegal for adults in Canada to have sex with a partner under the age of 16, one of the new provisions of the Tories' violent crime law that came into effect on Thursday.

The Tackling Violent Crime Act raises the legal age of sexual consent in Canada to 16 from 14, the first time it has been raised since 1892.

But the law includes a "close-in-age exception," meaning 14- and 15-year-olds can have sex with someone who is less than five years older.
