Basically what you're saying is you don't want to play the version where I cracked your scenario midway through and spent the rest of the game convincing everyone else how to break it.

THIS IS WHAT I KNOW: Jun 17, 12:50 PM

me: fun game last night

Ross: yeah
I do have this thing about abstract endings

me: it was a really good investigation game too

Ross: but it's hard to balance that out

me: all the players were hardcore investigators

Ross: between making it too vague or too obvious
it depends on the players too

me: I don't think it was that obvious

Ross: you picked up on it easy

Where is that, "We don't got that B-Roll!" line from? RiffTrax?

"Here at our warehouse... No, that's a B-Roll too!"

I like how he stares so intently at the camera after his specificity rant. How dare you make such a demand of him.

Ross will the Box of Pain be involved because Slenderman is pretty creepy as is D:

In all seriousness, I don't know if I can listen to the AP. I read a few sentences of the Slender Man article on the Marble Hornets wiki and now I'm nauseous. I have a very visceral reaction to horror.

I wonder if I could adapt this concept to World of Darkness (mortals) or something. Maybe make it the primary antagonist of a Gamma World campaign.

Ross, did you ever watch the http://www.brightfalls.com/ videos?

They're an Alan Wake companion piece but stand pretty well on their own.

Also they are one of the few things I ever watched that terrified me for a week straight. I still get shivers thinking about it.

Did you actually print out a map of Fiddler's Green for the players, Ross? Real-life materials make everything fifty percent creepier.

Oh, did you guys introduce the new player? He only provided background for his character, I don't think anybody mentioned his name.

"I hear that word is the same in French."

Honestly I think the most impressive thing so far about this AP (1:03 in) is that you got Aaron to play.

Also that I don't want to look in any mirrors.
