#21 is the earliest known example of "Fyeah face" in photographic form: "Ask for a pet for my birthday and my parents bought me a goddamn jaguar, fyeah."

#34 is the last known example of the "blackface" portion of an American beauty contest.

Some serious EP fodder here. More illicit drug use in an area equals more illicit drugs in the ambient air. Pretty, duh, common sense, but still an interesting idea to work with: http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2011/12/illegal-drugs-air-quality/

Native American sites in Georgia may actually be Mayan: http://www.examiner.com/architecture-design-in-national/massive-1-100-year-old-maya-site-discovered-georgia-s-mountains

A great quote, and something to think about when designing any game world, comes after the article itself:
Quote
Archaeologists have been looking for vestiges of “high” Maya civilization in the United States, when all along it was the commoners “who got the heck out of Dodge City” when wars, famines, droughts and almost non-stop volcanic eruptions became unbearable.  The Itza Maya middle class and commoners became the elite of such towns as Waka (Ocmulgee National Monument) and Etalwa (Etowah Mounds)  Just as happened in England after the Norman Invasion, the separate cultures of the commoners and nobility of the indigenous Southeast eventually blended into hybrid cultures that became our current Native American tribes.
The quote does a good job of reminding that "civilizations" don't just "disappear." Old orders and elites disappear, but many people in the civilization just move on to somewhere else bringing the old customs with them.

http://paranatural.net/

Paranatural is best described as “X-Men meets Ghostbusters except everyone’s twelve.” It’s a comedy/action comic about a group of middle school kids with ghostly superpowers fighting evil spirits and investigating paranormal activity in their hometown. It has no set update schedule, but a new page is put up at least once a week. Paranatural began in the summer of 2010.

Get kids with freaky skills (from bigger bads) and BAM instant MAOCT campaign.

I forget who wrote the story but you guys played a game where there was a room that the walls had a giant bee hive inside it. Just wanted to say that, it's a real thing. My wife told me a story that happened over at a comic publisher. The publisher had a abandoned building next to their building. Seems over a span of 6-7 years bee's turned that building walls into a giant bee hive. Also is seems that when a bee hive gets large enough other queens will build hives nearby. So not only was the abandoned building infested but their building and another one got hit too. They didn't know about the problem till bee's starting falling out of light fixtures. It took pest control 3 days to clean out all the hives and the honey wasn't the normal golden color, it turned into this black ichor due to it rotting. So, have fun with that bit of info.
You've been sucked out of the airlock into the black. Roll all the dice on the table for damage.

Yay, double-posts.
