Looks pretty interesting. Definitely some Call of Cthulhu influence, at least from the video game.
Note-The game engine it's built on is called HPL

Watched the trailer, looks
a lot
like CoC: Dark Corners of the Earth, so I would imagine it would be a pretty good spiritual successor as they could fix some of the issues with gameplay from the DCotE. Looks quite unsettling/frightening...

Yeah. They already got a pre-order deal up. $16 instead of $20 when it comes out.
Edit: Check out the dev blog. That guy knows his horror and it's also pretty interesting as well.
