Meet me outside the assigned room ten minutes before the game starts. We'll see to it that two or three of the "official" players are "late" and then offer to fill the openings.

Done.

Asking around to get buttons made. I'll use some art from the KC Green banner

Violet just did some research on that for her thesis show. I think she found a place where you could get 50 identical ones printed for about $25. You could write her and see where it was (I can't recall right now)

I had some buttons made from a company on the net before and they turned out fine.  Unfortunately, I don't remember the name.  There are several places.  You just upload your pic and pick the options.  It was a very easy process.  http://www.purebuttons.com is the #1 google hit and for 1 1/4" they are $25 for 100, $19 for 50 and full color.  I am not to sure on the size needed, kinda need to look at the template and the design together, but the 1 3/4" are only $28 for 100, so there is not that much difference in price.  I don't know anything about the company though.

So don't let any "accidents" happen to those wearing the button ...

Christ. "What would you like to not be able to play today?" That is a packed set of games. Fewer total games than I expected too.

Found an interesting event that I didn't even think about while browsing the Isle of Misfit Events.

ZED1016206      Amtgard Foam Fight Club      Amtgard      08/04/2010 09:00:00 PM $0.00

It's FREE. You get to hit people with FOAM. I plan for this to be my "stretch out after a long plane ride and a hard day of gaming" event. Other people from RPPR should sign up and take this shit over. Me and Violet will both be attending.

My Belegarth friends aren't demoing this year, so I'll probably come hang out at this for a bit.

Weds night I am doing Arc Dream stuff - Diana Jones award and playing a Ben Baugh MAOCT game (already full - don't ask)

Gotta find out from Scott when he wants to run his ww1 game - going to ask him if he can shorten it this year

Also: I have RPPR buttons: they look like this in a 2.25 inch circle button.

Contributors to the Codex who are going to Gencon can get one emailed to them so we can identify each other :O

Also I will have some at the Arc Dream booth as giveaways

I'm going to have to break down and go to one of these sometime.  Goddamn Indiana.  Why you gotta be 5 states away?

If we weren't having a baby, we'd be there this year.

After a quick check of the Community Forums for GenCon I feel considerably less stressed about my badge and can now relax slightly.

You going to try any inter-Podcast events this time, Ross? You mentioned trying something like that at Fear the Con but it fell flat.

The question is, if we just want an RPPR button can we PM you for the button?

Just lie to him, he's never gonna know.

"Hey Ross, I'm going to GenCon."
"Here's a button."
"My brother's also going to GenCon."
"Here's a button."
"And my goldfish is going to GenCon."
"Here's a button."

See how easy it is to fool Ross?
