What game is that from?

I would assume The Secret World as that was the previous topic of conversation (and in context makes sense).  BUT I could be completely wrong...

Yeah, it's The Secret World. The game has a bunch of references to Lovecraft, conspiracies, horror stories and pop culture. It's one of the charms of the game. :D

I am definitely interested in this now that there is no subscription.  If it gets a nice sale, I'll grab it to check it out...

Secret World. It has a town that's a version of Innsmouth with lots of creepy Lovecraft references.

Spaceteam. It's iOS, it's free, and it's a co-op multiplayer game. Like, local multiplayer. You act as crew members of a starship trying to outrun a supernova, and every player gets a control panel full of switches, dials, and buttons. You also each get one instruction to follow, but the wired control might not be on your panel. So what we got was my wife, my daughter, and I all shouting nonsense sci-fi instructions at each other (Engage astro pipe! Vent Turing defibrillator! Rearrange deck chairs!).

It is totally great.

Speaking of iOS/Android games.

Knights of Pen and Paper is an awesome game. It's a great time waster and the way the game lets you spend earned cash on either in game equipment or pizza ect for the players is awesome. Plus both things have distinct advantages. It's so meta, you are controlling players who are playing a game, so through them get the story... I like it.

It is the only phone game/app I have ever paid for. I always get only the free stuff.

I'm glad I made an exception.

Woo looks like a big hit!

On that note I actually beat the story line of the game last night. It was fun, and I am glad it isn't over yet. Plus I started a new game with all the stuff I unlocked to try out the other classes.

There is a giveaway of closed-beta keys for a game called Warframe, which has been described to me as a mix between Alien Swarm and Mass Effect 3. The game is 4 person co-op where you level up a character with different abilities.

The closed-beta giveaway keys are in MMOBomb.com and in MMORPG.com They are very limited, so grab one while you still can!
