Playing Assassin's Creed 3. Odd mix of loving it and disliking it. The glitches and errors, while  normally minor, make things jump too much for me to really enjoy some sections. The homestead aspect is by far my favorite part of the game; I think a spin off is in order.

Lego Batman 2, with my oldest daughter (9). It's actually fun, but the drawback is that she really wants to play as Supergirl, and you don't unlock her until you've done absolutely everything else.

I've been playing Fable 3 on the PC and so far I'm not sure what all the fuss was about. My friends all demonize this game like it was some terrible piece of crap. I rather enjoy it. I never played Fable 2 but Fable 1 was pretty fun.

Maybe I'm just not far enough in the story to know what the bad stuff is. I've been spending most of my time amassing resources with which to purchase all the homes in all the cities I have available.

I own a few buisnesses as well but I'm more interested in becoming a real estate mogul than a hero apparently.

The thing with Fable is that it starts off good, and then at a certain point when you have 5 times the money of the whole world combined and own pretty much everything and have 3 wives, you realize that the story is kinda bland, and you've been doing everything but the campaign except when you need to.

I played Fable 2 and 3, and only got halfway through both.

So in Febuary us PS3 brats are finally getting some Skyrim DLC and it's supposedly half price too!

This. It's a great game and I ever get tired of hacking people's limbs off. Also, fuck archers.

My thoughts exactly. At one point in the game I had way too much money and nothing to spend it on, except more property to generate more money.

Though I will grant the game, I really made an emotional link with the dog follower in both Fable 2 and 3.

PC always PC.

Bethesda shouldn't even release stuff for the consoles anymore. I have it for the PS3 and I loved it but with all the awesome mods out now you'd be doing yourself a disservice to not get it on the PC.

Also most of the nastiest bugs affect the game can usually be fixed via console commands.

Don't they patch in fixes too?

And yes, in general I feel that PC tends to be the best platform for most games (give the option), especially with the ease of plug and play controllers these days...

Generally the patches fix most of the issues on all platforms, but waiting for updates can feel like an eternity sometimes.

Also for a newish game, I let my buddy borrow my GW2 account since my PC can barely run it.

I like the game though. Also I'm building a new PC in the middle of Febuary and it's going to be amazing!
