The Atomic Robo RPG is really,  really good.  I think the rules are well-aligned with Base Raiders' use of super powers.

It's also a GORGEOUS book.  Any plans for RPPR to run/record a game of Atomic Robo?

No amount of booze can make the game playable.  You'd probably have to make pure grain liquor that would make you blind, but would give you the mental state to understand the "rules.". .  if only you could read them.

It's still probably more playable than the new Shadowrun, lol #zing

Updating this thread to say that Marvel Dicemasters is really, really good.  It's technically a "collectible" game, but the booster packs are only a buck, and the base sets offer plenty of gaming for pretty cheap (under $15 each).

That is great!   Now, what system to run it in:  MAOCT, Little Fears, or Wield ( in which the players will take the role of scary wands).

I've been told my tastes in music is both "eclectic" and "god you are a hipster-douche."  I am also a middle school teacher, so I am subjected to whatever strange music the keedz these days listen to.  I mostly listen to music via the streaming services (lately it has been mostly Amazon Prime), but when I do buy music, I typically wait for an iTunes or Amazon MP3 sale and get them for teh cheap.

Here are some of my favs:

Of Montreal - hipster indie-pop.  Like, HARDCORE hipster indie-pop.  But most of it is gewd, yo.

Two Door Cinema Club - moar indie-pop, but more POPPY.

Scissor Sisters - An amazing mixture of Elton John/Bowie/80s Synth Pop/All Things Glam.  Their most peppy songs are also extremely dark, which is fun.

Lana Del Rey - She has a pretty voice and swears and sings about sex and booze.  Joy.

60s/70s Motown - LIKE A HEAT WAVE MOTHERFUCKAS!!

Beatles - It's the Beatles.

Empire of the Sun - Australian electro-pop where they dress like fantasy/sci-fi dudez.

Passion Pit/MGMT/Cut Copy/Foster the People - Indie Pop!!

Jock Jams

The Mortal Kombat movie theme song

This is what the 80's sitcom version of a show like Candle Cove turns into, if no PCs ever come along to fix it:

The Duck Song trilogy has a surprisingly well-developed story arc, and the duck approaches Cartman/Joker-style cunning by the end of the third song.
