Newburyport was nearby to innsmouth as mentioned in Shadow... but it was more inspired by more decrepit sea towns town the road a bit :-)

I am taking this from Wikipedia but I did also hear this from the "Shadow Over Innsmouth" episode of the HP Lovecraft Literary Podcast that Lovecraft called Innsmouth "a considerably twisted version of Newburyport".

Sounds like a cool place to check out if I am ever in New England.

Is it bad that the only skill I appear to posses on the quiz is... is... shit... um, I took a few years of cadets and was attentive to the rifle stuff? (That was a few years ago though... like 10 years?)

I beat the Feat trilogy - fun but 2 was the best blend of horror and action - 3 was too Call of Duty for my tastes.

I think the real star of the series is the architecture though - there's some great level design.

Feat eh? lol is it about a guy investigating reanimated disembodied feet? jk.

I remember my first encounter with the Fear series, my buddies decided to show me all the big creepy jump sequences and the last was the creepiest for me. It was made all the better with the dark foggy woods I had to tread through to get home that night afterward... Thanks guys!

Mysterious Marsh fire up in Prince Edward Island (Canadian Ireland). I saw this in the newspaper last week and Firefighters have not determined the cause of the massive fire on the marsh. Probably swamp gas, but what if... Natural occurrence? or Eldritch Wrath? Thought it might be a good hook for a CoC game at the time.

But seriously, I have never heard of this title? It looks so awesomely cheesey, just like a classic 80s cartoon imported from Asia ought to be I suppose. (I would say Japan, but this could easily have been from China, Korea or the like, though my money is on Japan).
