God bless Photoshop.

I think I would have preferred that as a side-by side comparison instead of a gif (or at least that the gif be slower and both frames sized proportionally).

Edit: on further inspection, they changed the position of her fingers and removed a sock in the later picture as well.  It's weird how much attention to detail went on in that.

This is true...

From a more critical and less perverse perspective, it's actually amazing that they chose to photoshop so little. And as you say, it is such odd attention to detail to decide to remove a sock and straighten a hand.
